OUR PROCESS

Our Staging Process begins with a visit to the home where we give our honest opinion about what needs to be done.   We offer a variety of services to furnish, decorate and even digitally redesign your property to appeal to buyers. This staging can be done whether the property is vacant or owner occupied and can incorporate your own belongings, the company's furnishings and decor, or a mixture of the two.

FOR VACANT HOMES

We determine which rooms would benefit from staging and which can be skipped.  At a partial staging we stage the   first rooms buyers will see when they enter the home. That allows us to create the "WOW" impression by entering the     home. 

In some cases we may suggest light remodeling, repainting or replacing light fixtures to update the property.

Vacant home visits take less than an hour and are complimentary, 

STAGING FURNISHED HOMES

We spend more time in furnished houses by going room by room and making recommendations that are followed up with a written report.  Once a report is complete, we work with the seller to come up with a plan and timeline that fits their needs.

Once a Staging has been scheduled, we carefully select furnitures from our suppliers to fit the style and needs of the home.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO HAVE A HOME STAGED?

The cost to stage a home depends on the size of the home and the furnishings used plus decor. We charge an initial fee upfront that includes move in, set up, move out and up to 3 months of furnishing rental.  Additional months are available at 15% of the initial fee  per month.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE A VACANT HOME STAGED?

Staging a home takes between 2 days and 3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project.
